As a Sonic Multi-Unit Leader, you will manage the operations of all General Managers and employees within multiple SONIC drive-ins. Your responsibilities include training and supporting employees to ensure the delivery of quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient environment, providing guests with an enjoyable experience. Key duties include:

  1. Managing, training, and coaching General Managers and conducting management orientation.
  2. Directing and assigning employees to meet operational standards.
  3. Overseeing multiple drive-in employees and management in various stations to ensure standards in food preparation, presentation, and service.
  4. Ensuring compliance with employee handbook, policies, and practices.
  5. Addressing employee issues and policy violations promptly.
  6. Reviewing work schedules to ensure proper staffing.
  7. Monitoring cost control procedures and taking corrective actions as needed.
  8. Auditing employment and payroll records.
  9. Focusing on guest needs and responding to escalated guest requests and complaints.
  10. Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring management team members.
  11. Approving compensation levels within company guidelines.
  12. Preparing operational reports and developing action plans for financial or sales issues.
  13. Implementing regional marketing plans.

Job type: Full-time, Salaried position.

Experience: Minimum 3 years in restaurant management, preferably in QSR, with multi-unit supervision experience preferred.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, driver's license, and ability to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
