\nHealthCare Support is actively seeking a Pharmacist to fill an opening in Hudson , Wisconsin .

\n Pay Details: $ 62.66 per hour
\n
\n Shift Details: AS NEEDED BASIS (2-4 weekend shifts a month, 2-3 on call evenings a week)
\n
\n Daily Responsibilities for Pharmacist :\n

\n\t
• Accept and dispense prescription medications.\n\t
• Accurately maintain confidential records of all patients ensure proper management of patient records and pharmacy files.\n\t
• Identify patient's drug-related problems and effectively communicate with physicians and other healthcare practitioners.

\n Required Qualifications for Pharmacist: \n\n

\n\t
• Licensed Pharmacist in Wisconsin\n\t
• Non-sterile compounding preferred, experience with on call/overnight shifts\n\t
• Doctor of Pharmacy degree required\n
