We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our busy sports management company. This is a full-time, remote position with flexible working hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conference calls, and events
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
- Conduct research and gather information as needed
- Assist with email and phone correspondence
- Handle billing and expense reports
- Maintain and update client databases
- Assist with social media management and content creation
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a virtual assistant or relevant administrative role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Familiarity with social media platforms
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Prior experience in the sports industry is a plus
