Job Title: Welder
Job Description

We are seeking a skilled welder to join our team, focusing on welding kits on heavy equipment and tractors. The role involves reading blueprints to tack parts together, with all welding performed using MIG, tack, and robotic techniques.

Responsibilities

• Weld kits on heavy equipment and tractors using MIG, tack, and robotic methods.
• Read and interpret blueprints to accurately tack parts together.
• Ensure all welds meet quality and safety standards.

• 1-3+ years of experience in MIG welding.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting industrial blueprints and AWS Weld Symbols.
• Experience with stainless steel fabrication.

• 1-2+ years of experience in flux core, TIG, or stick welding.
• 1-2+ years of experience in fitting and fabricating welded parts or metal.
• Ability to read and use a tape measure.
• 1-2+ years of experience in grinding parts and performing metal prep.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $28.00/hr.
