Job Description

As a Wiring Development Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing electrical wiring systems, including harnesses and connectors. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness while supporting prototype builds, testing, and production troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical wiring systems, including harnesses and connectors
• Create and maintain wiring diagrams, schematics, and BOMs using Zuken, CATIA, and AutoCAD Electrical
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, and quality teams
• Conduct design reviews and support prototype build and testing activities
• Work with suppliers to select components and ensure manufacturability
• Troubleshoot and resolve wiring-related issues during development and production

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Automotive Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Experience in wiring harness design and development, preferably in automotive, aerospace, or industrial sectors
• Strong understanding of electrical components, connectors, and grounding considerations
• Familiarity with DFMEA, DVP&R, and other validation methodologies
• Bilingual skills preferred (English/Korean)
