Juigalli Painting and Decorating is a reputable painting company known for its high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. We specialize in high-end residential painting, and wood finishing. Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Painting and/or Wood Finishing Helper to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch painting and wood finishing services to our clients. If you have a keen eye for detail, a passion for enhancing spaces, and a strong work ethic, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Interior and Exterior Painting: Prepare surfaces, apply paint, and ensure smooth, even finishes.
• Wood Staining and spraying: Expertly finish wood surfaces, including cabinets, trim, doors, and furniture.
• Surface Preparation: Sand, patch, and prime surfaces as needed.
• Quality Control: Inspect completed work to ensure it meets our high standards.
• Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients and address any concerns or questions.

Qualifications:

• Experience: No experience needed, just a desire to learn and a strong work ethic.
• Skills (a plus if you have any of the following) :
  • Proficiency in Sanding
  • Proficiency in using brushes, rollers, and bonus if knowledge in spray equipment.
  • Knowledge of various paint types, stains, and lacquers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
• Certifications: Any relevant certifications (e.g., trade school, apprenticeship) are a plus.
• Physical Stamina: Able to stand, bend, and lift heavy materials.
• Valid Driver’s License and Car: Must be able to get to homes throughout the city and bring your own hand tools.
• Language:  Must be fluent in English.
