Join our dynamic and rapidly expanding national team of highly trained wound care specialists, where you will play a pivotal role in redefining healing and significantly reducing hospital readmissions across the country.

**What You'll Do**

**Wound Care Leadership**
- Conduct thorough assessments of acute and chronic wounds, ensuring the highest standard of care.
- Craft and execute personalized, cutting-edge treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
- Utilize advanced techniques, including debridement, skin grafting, and infection control, to optimize healing outcomes.


**Collaborative Care Coordination**
- Effectively communicate treatment goals, progress, and necessary adjustments across all teams involved.


**Facility-Based Mobility**
- Travel regularly to multiple home bound patients with your own medical assistant while maintaining consistent and timely care delivery.
- Guarantee that wound care is efficiently provided in every location you serve.


**What We're Looking For**
- A Licensed Physician in good standing in Wisconsin.
- Board Certified (Required).
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in advanced wound care is highly preferred.
- Certification in wound care (CWSP, CWS, WCC, WOCN, CWOCN) is a valuable asset.
- Must possess reliable transportation and a genuine passion for field-based care.
