Now seeking Drivers!

Silver Mountain is a relocation and logistics focused company seeking Drivers to assist in general labor, moving, and various related labor services across Greater Sacramento.

This position pays between $23-$28/hour depending on experience. If you are seeking full or part-time employment, with overtime opportunities during the Summer, please contact us for additional information.

All routes and projects vary on location, duration/hourly schedule, and the needs of the project. Because of this, we are seeking someone with general driving experience (trucks or box trucks preferred) with the ability to occasionally drive using their own vehicle to job sites. You would be required to assist in general moving and relocation services, as well as occasional warehouse labor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack, wrap, and organize various household or building items for the purpose of moving labor
• Lift, load, and organize boxes and objects of varying dimensions into trucks, storage units, crates, homes, garages, or other areas as designated
• Drive, transport, and unload items as designated
• Track orders and follow compliance using mobile or handheld devices
• Coordinate, communicate, and lead both customers or clients towards successful project completion

Job Requirements:

• Valid CA Driver License
• High degree of flexibility for early morning starts, varying hours, and overtime during both the week and weekends
• Ability to physically lift and manipulate objects up to 50lb often
• Ability to lift and manipulate large, unwieldy, or heavy objects above 50lb in a team lift or equipment-assisted
• Have own transportation to be able to travel to various job sites across Sacramento
• Computer/Mobile Device savvy in order to fulfill compliance and communication needs per the job
• Willingness to undergo pre-employment screenings and meet/exceed general job qualifications
