We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Live Chat Agent to join our customer support team. As a Live Chat Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers reaching out through our website or app. You will be responsible for providing fast, accurate, and helpful responses to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
* Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat.
* Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, billing, and policies.
* Resolve customer issues efficiently or escalate them to the appropriate team when necessary.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, promotions, and systems.
* Log and track customer interactions and feedback using CRM or ticketing tools.
* Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate.
* Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and report recurring issues to supervisors.
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Prior experience in customer service or live chat support is preferred.
* Excellent written communication and typing skills (speed and accuracy).
* Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
* Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
* Ability to stay calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
* Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays (if applicable).
